How we count this
- The data is taken from our record system every night. None of the figures on this site are edited by hand.
- “People in our support database” means people with a spinal cord injury. Relatives, volunteers, partners and companies are not included.
- A service is a single visit, consultation or handled request — not a person.
- The map data is anonymised: in small communities the cells are merged so that no individual can be identified.
- Financial figures are not included here — they are in the annual reports.
