Hello everyone! I want to share how I spent my time at the «Tetra Rullit 2013» Active Rehabilitation Camp, held from 9 to 18 October 2013.

Another «All-Ukrainian 2» active rehabilitation camp has come to an end. Twenty-four participants from every corner of Ukraine went through a ten-day rehabilitation programme designed to make each of them as independent as possible and free from outside help in everyday life. They are people with different levels of spinal cord injury, different physical condition and different time since the injury.

For several years we had been discussing the need for a gathering that would bring together the leaders of active rehabilitation. Its purpose would be to raise the qualification of our instructors, to exchange experience and to improve our health.

Перший раз я був на таборі АР в 1992 році. З моменту травми пройшло на той час 6 років

В 2006 році мені нарешті  вдалося побувати в таборі активної реабілітації, що проводився за методикою шведської неурядової організації Rekryterіngsgruppen for actіve rehabіlіtatіon. Табір проходив з 5 по 16 червня в Євпаторії, на базі Центру паралімпійського і дефолімпійского спорту, у ньому брали участь жителі  Криму, усього 21 чоловік.
