Instructor training is conducted according to our internal program. Candidates are selected from among participants of our programs, for example, the Active Rehabilitation Camp. People can take part in the Active Rehabilitation Camp if they have a spinal cord injury that results in using a wheelchair for mobility, are at least 18 years old, and have a Ukrainian passport.
Compensation for this work is possible, but it can also be done on a volunteer basis with reimbursement of expenses. It depends on the specific program and its funding sources. These issues are discussed separately during the interview stage. The work of First Contact instructors is paid for the services provided in accordance with the organisation’s internal policies.
